Brazilian Raintree (Chloroleucon tortum)
A tall, strong specimen with a clean, naturally contoured trunk and well-positioned primary branches that provide excellent structure. The tree boasts dense, vibrant foliage and displays the characteristic leaf movement—closing at night and reopening with the morning sun.

This bonsai was repotted in the summer of 2024 into a custom-made round pot and is currently thriving. Brazilian Raintrees are known for their fast growth, ease of care, and responsiveness to training, making them a favorite among tropical bonsai enthusiasts.
